Sourcing Process

What to Include in a Sourcing Request

The more detail you include, the faster and more relevant the options we can present. A precise request gives our team a clear picture of what you want, what you are willing to spend and how soon you need it.

If you are unsure about a specific reference, the details below will still help us narrow the search.

Include as much of the following as possible:

  • Brand and model - the maker and the exact model line
  • Reference number - if you know it, this is the single most useful detail
  • Case material and dial - for example steel, rose gold, ceramic, a specific dial colour
  • Condition preference - new, unworn, pre-owned, or any
  • Budget and target price - a clear range helps us present the most relevant options
  • How soon you are looking to buy - as soon as possible, within two weeks, within one to three months, or just exploring

What happens next:

Once we receive your request, we review it against our network of dealers and private sellers. If suitable options are available, we contact you directly by phone, WhatsApp or email based on the details you provide.

If you know the exact reference number, include it in the form. This helps us identify the specific watch you are looking for.
